RIHANNA LEAVES MANAGER!!  

Riri has left her manager to be managed by Jay Z by Roc-Nation Management and she says shes pretty excited!

The 22 year old is also launching a new company called Rihanna Entertainment which will merge music, film, fashion and fragance book ventures! 

Jay-Z signed Rihanna to Def Jam in 2005. She's released four albums and plans to release her fifth CD, Loud, on November 16.
